Job summary

SNC seeks a forward-thinking Director of Accounting Operations to lead AR, AP, Payroll, and SPA teams. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and the ongoing modernization of workflows using automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 13 years of progressive accounting, finance or operations experience, with 6+ years in leadership/management.
• Experience with ERP systems and full end-to-end in-house payroll processes.
• Demonstrated ability to implement automation or system enhancements and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR, AP, Payroll, and SPA teams including managers and staff.
• Drive automation and AI tool adoption to modernize workflows.
• Ensure GAAP, CAS compliance and payroll/payables regulations across the organization.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close activities and related reconciliations.
