Job summary

Annie Aesthetic is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager (CPA required) to lead the corporate accounting function remotely. The role partners with the SVP of Finance to ensure GAAP-aligned reporting and scalable accounting processes across the network of clinics and entities.

The position manages month-end closes, revenue recognition, cost of services and inventory accounting, and acquisition accounting with integration support as Annie continues growth through acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Active CPA required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting and reporting.
• Familiarity with NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close across multiple legal entities and clinics.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
• Oversee revenue, cost of services, and inventory accounting per ASC 606/ASC 330.
• Support acquisition accounting and integration for new entities.
• Collaborate with operations and systems teams to validate data inputs.
