Job summary

DLC, an Addison Group company, seeks an Accounting Manager to join its Orange County team in a full-time salaried role. You will support clients across interim and project-based needs, delivering high-quality financial reporting and strategic analysis.

You will lead month-end close, GAAP compliance, and ERP-driven initiatives while collaborating with finance and operating executives to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 2+ years at Big 4 or top public firm preferred.
• 4+ years corporate GL experience; solid GAAP knowledge.
• CPA certification desired; SEC filing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes and month-end close.
• Lead SEC reporting efforts (10-Q/10-K) and GAAP research.
• Oversee ERP-driven financial system implementations and reporting.
• Document processes and strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Provide interim finance leadership during growth or reorganizations.
• Manage projects with cross-functional teams and timelines.
