Job summary

DLC, an Addison Group Company, is expanding its Los Angeles team with experienced Senior Accountants and Accounting Supervisors for full-time, salaried roles. You will support clients on interim and project-based accounting needs, delivering high-impact financial solutions across industries.

As a DLC Consultant, you will lead full-cycle accounting, SEC reporting, and compliance initiatives, collaborating with executives to drive accurate financial results and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with an accounting focus.
• 2+ years of Big 4 or top public accounting firm experience preferred.
• 4+ years of corporate general ledger experience and solid GAAP knowledge.
• CPA certification desired.
• Experience drafting SEC filings (10-Qs and 10-Ks) preferred.
• SOX internal control compliance experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end close optimization, consolidated financial statements, and reporting package development.
• Prepare and support SEC reporting requirements (10-K/10-Q) and analyze new FASB pronouncements.
• Lead post-merger integrations and coordinate financial and operational audits.
• Develop, review, and document internal control policies to strengthen reporting.
