Job summary

DLC, an Addison Group Company, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join its Los Angeles-based team in a full-time, salaried role. You will oversee month-end close, consolidate financials, and deliver accurate reporting for diverse clients.

This role requires strong GAAP knowledge, SEC reporting familiarity, ERP proficiency, and the ability to lead projects, manage staff, and implement internal controls to support growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration with accounting focus.
• 4+ years of corporate GL experience; GAAP knowledge.
• CPA certification desired.
• Experience with SOX and SEC filings (10-Q/10-K) preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting and month-end close processes.
• Prepare SEC reporting and support 10-K/10-Q filings.
• Lead post-merger integrations and financial audits.
• Develop, review, and document internal control policies.
