Job summary

DLC, an Addison Group Company, is seeking Senior Accountant consultants to join our Orange County-based team in a full-time, salaried position. You will support a diverse client base with interim and project-based accounting needs and work directly with executives on high-impact initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of GL experience, GAAP expertise, and CPA consideration. Strong ERP and Excel skills, along with SEC reporting familiarity, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 4+ years of corporate general ledger experience and GAAP knowledge.
• 2+ years of Big 4 or top public accounting firm experience preferred.
• CPA certification desired and SEC filing experience preferred.
• Experience with SOX compliance and ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite/Oracle) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end close optimization.
• Prepare SEC reporting requirements (10-K/10-Q) and analyze FASB pronouncements.
• Lead post-merger integrations and coordinate financial and operational audits.
• Develop and document internal control policies to strengthen reporting.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
