SPECTRAFORCE is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead its Corporate Accounting organization during growth and acquisition integration. You will oversee financial reporting, technical accounting, and staff development while partnering with senior leadership.

The role demands a strong accounting leader with US GAAP expertise, people leadership, and a drive for process improvements to support ongoing M&A activity and enterprise-wide controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Prior leadership or management experience.
• Strong financial reporting and technical accounting background.
• Experience within a large corporate accounting environment.
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Research complex accounting issues and ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Lead technical accounting projects and prepare memorandums.
• Support acquisition accounting and post-acquisition integrations.
• Partner with leaders to analyze financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Review analyses and reporting prepared by the team.
• Develop and mentor accounting staff.
