Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Strategic Accounts Coordinator to partner with our client teams and drive smooth account operations. You will screen candidates, prepare interview materials, and support scheduling and coordination for designated accounts.

You will also assist with onboarding, background checks, and engagement activities while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across client teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the designated enterprise client team and MSP activities.
• Screen candidates via phone/video and coordinate interview processes.
• Qualify resumes based on client intake qualifications.
• Create interview packets and coordinate interview days and feedback.
• Assist with onboarding, background checks, and candidate engagement.
• Coordinate meetings between clients, hiring managers, and account executives.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts.
