Job summary

Qualifications

• Six+ years of operational accounting experience across multiple clients.
• Full cycle accounting experience is required.
• GAAP knowledge at an advanced level.
• Strong communication, problem solving and organization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite and Shopify.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close process for a portfolio of clients, coordinating with international accountants.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for client portfolios.
• Own general accounting processes and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Increase efficiency and document complex accounting processes with clients.
• Engage with clients to deliver high-quality service across industries.
• Partner with Controllers or CFOs to manage client relationships.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client accounting questions.
• Mentor accountants, review work, and delegate tasks to balance workload.
• Collaborate across the company to implement and integrate new processes.
