Graphite Financial, a growing boutique finance firm, seeks an Accounting Manager/Client Lead to steer financial strategy for high-growth startup clients. The role is hands-on, partnering with CEOs and execs, and requires deep technical expertise, strong client relationships, and leadership of a team of accountants.

You will own client management, drive financial clarity, oversee monthly closes, audits, and ad hoc technical accounting projects, and collaborate with internal Finance and Tax teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client-facing accounting experience (public or corporate).
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with high-growth startups and financial leadership ideals.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and provide strategic accounting guidance.
• Lead and mentor Staff and Senior Accountants for accurate financial reporting.
• Manage end-to-end monthly close and financial statement prep.
