Top Echelon Software, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced accounting leader to supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, oversee internal financial reporting, and maintain rigorous internal controls.

Candidates should have 7+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP and SOX knowledge, and proven ability to lead teams through change. CPA or MBA and SAP experience are preferred.

Competenze

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding and application of GAAP.
• Knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams through change and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make independent judgments on complex processes.
• Proficient in Excel with working knowledge of Access.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a team environment.

Mansioni

• Supervise associates, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution.
• Supervise and participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close for the company.
• Perform and/or review complex accounting reconciliation and analysis.
• Direct activities of teams responsible for general ledger accounting, vendor billing, cash reconciliation, fixed assets, and related capital expenditure accounting.
• Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements and efficient use of resources.
• Effectively lead team(s) through change.
• Maintain integrity of the general ledger.
• Ensure transactions are performed within a sound internal control environment.
• Perform financial analysis as required.
• Prepare various ad hoc reports, conduct analyses, and complete special projects as required.
• Recommend and ensure adherence to accounting policies.
• Prepare and review schedules for internal/external auditors in connection with reviews/audits.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
