Stand Along Test is seeking an Accounting Manager to supervise the close process under the Controller, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate journal entries.

You will lead month-end/year-end closes, GL analyses, and prepare reports for senior operations. The role emphasizes Costpoint ERP experience, contract accounting, and 8–15 years of general ledger work.

Occasional travel is required (<25%) as you coordinate with other departments and assist with audits, budgeting, and tax compliance.

Qualificações

• US GAAP knowledge required.
• Experience with Costpoint ERP preferred.
• Skilled in Excel and Word.
• Experience with Government/Commercial Contracts.
• Job Cost Accounting experience preferred.
• Revenue recognition experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and GL analysis.
• Manage indirect cost reports and submissions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for senior operations personnel.
• Oversee month-end customer invoicing and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with the year-end financial audit and budget development.
• Manage state filings and tax return preparation.
• Travel required (<25%).
