Job summary

B Consulting is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead client engagements, manage a remote accounting team, and ensure accurate financial reporting for high-growth startups. You will collaborate with Controllers and offshore staff to close books, handle A/P and A/R, payroll, and tax compliance while leveraging leading ERP tools.

The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, 7+ years of experience, and excellent communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting theory, principles and practices.
• 7+ years of applicable experience; Big 4 or national public accounting a plus.
• Strong Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, etc.).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting close with timely financial statements.
• Review and guide offshore accounting team
• Lead client calls and manage client budgets.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Oversee payroll and benefits clearing accounts reconciliations.
• Support tax processes and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with audits, inventory costing, and revenue recognition.
