Job summary

gpac is seeking a Client Accounting Services Manager to lead outsourced accounting engagements for a diverse client base in a collaborative, client-focused environment. You will oversee month-end close, provide financial insights, and mentor staff while strengthening client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of accounting experience, with a preference for those with outsourced accounting leadership and GAAP expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing client accounting relationships or outsourced accounting services preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced accounting engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting processes for accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients providing accounting guidance and insights.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve client accounting workflows and reporting.
