Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience leading month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience managing accounting staff.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• ERP system experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations and supervise the accounting team.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting controls.
• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for executive leadership.
• Analyze profitability, margins, pricing, and operating performance.
• Monitor company cash flow and working capital.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, and employee benefits administration.
• Partner with operations, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to improve financial performance.
• Support inventory reporting and financial system accuracy.
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial processes.
• Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Provide financial recommendations that improve business performance and long-term profitability.
