Job summary

Jobot seeks a seasoned Senior Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and guide the close process in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.

You will partner with leadership on budgeting, manage a high‑performing team, and drive process improvements that impact business performance. This is a high‑visibility role reporting to the Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (or similar certification) is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years experience managing teams.
• Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
• Tax services experiences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Support budgeting and financial planning initiatives with leadership.
• Lead and develop accounting staff.
• Partner with operations and executives on strategy and performance.
