Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an ambitious Accounting Manager to support our growing Finance team across multi-state operations, including ERP implementation and audit readiness. You’ll own day-to-day general ledger operations, drive month-end close, and partner with leaders to build scalable financial processes.

The role requires GAAP knowledge, multi-entity consolidation, and hands-on management of accounts payable, journal entries, and reconciliations, in a fast-paced, pediatric health care

Qualifications

• Experience managing general ledger and close processes.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and multi-entity consolidations.
• Ability to implement and optimize ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day general ledger operations and month-end close.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support ERP implementation and audit readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional leaders for process improvements.
