Blackbird Health is seeking an ambitious Accounting Manager to support our growing Finance team in a multi-state startup environment. You’ll own day-to-day general ledger operations and drive the month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations.

In addition, you’ll help implement a next-generation ERP system and prepare audit-ready workpapers. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in GL/accounting, a relevant degree (CPA a strong plus), and hands-on experience with NetSuite and Bill.com.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of progressive GL accounting experience in a multi-state startup.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and intercompany eliminations.
• Hands-on with cloud accounting systems and ERP implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end month-end close and general ledger processes.
• Prepare complex journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Manage multi-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
• Support ERP system evaluation, design, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and leadership cross-functionally.
