Blackbird Health is seeking an ambitious Accounting Manager to support our growing Finance team. You will own day‑to‑day general ledger operations, including journal entries, multi‑entity consolidations, and balance sheet reconciliations, in a fast‑paced, multi‑state environment.

You’ll partner with Finance and cross‑functional leaders to implement our ERP system, drive audit readiness, and scale processes as Blackbird expands. CPA welcomed; 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of general ledger accounting or financial operations in a multi‑state startup.
• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA a plus.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and multi‑entity consolidations.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Ramp, Bill.com, and Rippling.
• Exposure to ERP implementations and external audit preparation.

Responsabilités

• Own end‑to‑end month‑end close and consolidate entities.
• Prepare complex journal entries and intercompany eliminations.
• Manage accounts payable and vendor onboarding.
• Support ERP implementation and audit readiness.
• Partner with Finance and People teams on cross‑functional initiatives.
