Hope Administrative Services is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a finance team under the CFO. The role oversees accounting functions, controls, and timely reporting for multiple entities, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial statements.

You will manage day-to-day accounting, supervise staff, and drive improvements in processes and automation while meeting deadlines and supporting strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4–6 years accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge and cost accounting required.
• Experience leading a team preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Under CFO guidance, handle day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Oversee AP/AR and GL transactions.
• Maintain chart of accounts and coding conventions.
• Prepare journals and intercompany reconciliations.
• Drive monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage accounting staff and development.
• Ensure regulatory filings and internal controls.
