Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Rushville, IN is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Truck & Trailer Plating and Reporting Compliance.

Responsibilities include file renewals (2290s, IRP, IFTA), 1099s, SOP updates, KPI development, and ad hoc projects. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 3–5+ years of accounting experience with AR/AP and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–5+ years accounting experience with AR/AP and staff supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes and month-end close.
• Manage truck and trailer plating, renewals, and related filings.
• Lead team, ensure timely invoicing, 1099 filings, and KPI development.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and drive process improvements.
• Support ad hoc analyses, audits, and external reporting.
