• Solid GAAP and financial reporting knowledge; strong Excel skills; experience with ERP and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes for timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Support external audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Oversee junior accounting staff.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.

• CPA designation or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
