Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to lead the daily operations of our client\'s accounting department. Base pay range

$105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close and year-end close processes
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, forecasting, and general ledger
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial reports
• Ensure policy compliance and support audits
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Lead and support accounting team workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA preferred
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills; Microsoft CRM a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
