Responsibilities

• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues in coordination with internal departments.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate financial processing, timely payments, efficient collections, and strong cash flow management. This role manages the daily operations of the AP/AR team, establishes and maintains accounting procedures, monitors outstanding balances, and ensures compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Accounts Payable

• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
• Review vendor statements, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve invoice or payment issues.
• Manage payment schedules, cash requirements, and vendor terms.
• Ensure proper documentation, approval workflows, and compliance with internal controls.

Accounts Receivable

• Oversee customer invoicing, cash applications, account reconciliations, and collections.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, aging reports, and overdue customer balances.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize past-due accounts and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment disputes in coordination with internal departments.
• Ensure timely and accurate application of customer payments and deposits.
