Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting software proficiency.
• CPA designation or CPA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

• Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance.

The role supports a diversified organization involved in real estate development and related business operations.

What You'll Do

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications
