Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a multi-location organization and sit out of their corporate office.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90k - $108k

Position Overview:

The Accounting Manager will provide leadership and oversight to staff across multiple locations. A candidate with prior public accounting or multi-entity accounting experience is highly preferred. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, internal audits, budgeting processes, and system compliance, while also serving as a mentor to a team of accounting professionals.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

• Lead monthly closing processes and ensure accurate, timely financial transactions.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements and pro forma reports in compliance with US GAAP.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Assess internal control systems and recommend improvements.
• Provide ongoing leadership and development for the Finance teams across venues.

Required Experience/Skills for the Accounting Manager:

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Accounting Manager:

• Prior public accounting or multi-entity accounting experience.
• Prior experience supervising accounting professionals.
• Background in multi-location financial operations and consolidations.
• Familiarity with internal controls, audits, and compliance practices.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
