Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and close processes
• Lead the month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review financial statements and support internal reporting needs
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with finance leadership and cross‑functional teams
• Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering growth and accountability
• Support audit processes and work closely with external auditors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Experience managing or mentoring team members
• Proven ability to improve processes and enhance efficiency
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• CPA or CPA‑track preferred
