Job summary

This role supports account managers with daily operations, billing, payments, and AP/AR tasks, with an emphasis on accuracy and organization.

Qualifications

• At least one year of accounting experience.
• Two or more years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfort with computers, email, and basic math.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with daily operations.
• Enter bills and process check runs and vendor payments.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Complete bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems.
• Coordinate purchasing and communicate with vendors.
