Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (recent graduate or early-career).
• Strong organization and attention to detail; you manage many moving pieces without dropping them.
• Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel) and understanding how a services business runs and bills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; you can chase status updates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Keep engagements on track — build and maintain project schedules, track milestones and deliverables, and flag risks.
• Track consultant time, resourcing, and utilization across engagements.
• Support billing and finance — prepare and review time-and-expense entries, assist with invoicing, and help keep billing accurate and on time.
• Administer SOWs and change orders, and maintain clean project documentation and status reporting.
• Coordinate across delivery teams, consultants, and clients on schedules, status, and logistics.
• Partner with PMO and finance to improve realization and tighten collections (DSO).
