Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, finance operations, or related accounting functions preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with accounts receivable functions, including customer invoicing.
• Support month end and year end closing activities through accurate reporting.
