Caravel | BPM Technology Solutions is seeking an early-career Project Coordinator (Accounting) to help keep engagements on track and on-budget. You’ll work at the intersection of delivery and finance, track schedules and utilization, and support billing, SOWs, and project documentation to build a foundation for a consulting career.

This fully remote role appreciates US business hours, can be based in Austin, TX or Southern California, with a clear path to billable client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field.
• Early-career professional with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and a solid billing understanding.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules to keep engagements on track.
• Track consultant time, utilization, and resourcing across engagements.
• Support billing and finance, including invoicing accuracy.
• Manage SOWs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate across delivery teams and clients on schedules and logistics.
