Columbia Grain Moore, MT is seeking an Elevator Clerk/Settlement Clerk to handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice matching, and data entry in Moore, Montana. The role supports the accounting team and aims for efficient workflow and accurate financial records.

Ideal candidates are highly organized with strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to interact across departments and with vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or relevant accounting experience is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• High accuracy and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide AP/AR support and process invoices, POs, and vouchers.
• Reconcile customer statements and post to GL/spreadsheets.
• Assist with month-end procedures and general accounting tasks.
• Coordinate with Merchandisers to ensure settlement invoicing accuracy.
