TennMax America Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk / Customer Service Representative in Vancouver, WA. Hybrid role combining accounting support with customer-facing duties to ensure accurate orders and responsive service.

The position emphasizes ERP data entry, A/P and A/R tasks, and collaboration with production/shipping to meet on-time delivery. Ideal for candidates with accounting experience and customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-through.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and standard office software.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Accounting associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or order management processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing timely responses to inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Enter, review, and maintain customer orders in the ERP system with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, production scheduling, and shipping teams to support on-time delivery.
• Monitor work order progress and proactively communicate lead times, changes, delays, or required adjustments.
• Provide product information, supporting documentation, and regular order status updates.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, including processing and tracking RMAs and following up on open inquiries.
• Receive customer purchase orders and process related production work orders and factory orders.
• Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data entry.
• Prepare and process weekly A/P check runs.
• Complete weekly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Support sales team setup of new items, customers, and BOMs within the system.
• Perform general administrative and operational tasks to support smooth departmental workflow.
• Other duties as required
