Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ year of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple business entities.
• Prepare, review, and process invoices while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendor inquiries and assist in resolving payment and account discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records, supporting documentation, and accounting files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment preparation.
• Support accounts receivable activities and customer account maintenance.
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities and financial reporting support.
• Organize and maintain accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the accounting and finance team.
