You will handle statements, month-end close, budgeting, reconciliations, audit support, and cash management while partnering with Operations and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; 8 years preferred.
• Strong experience with financial statements and multi-entity reporting.
• Hands-on general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax processes.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and schedules for assigned entities.
• Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-/year-end close.
• Review financial results, investigate variances, and provide clear explanations.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant accounting records and reporting.
• Manage cash and investment-related accounting and reconciliations.
• Review and approve Accounts Payable transactions as assigned.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, audits, and tax preparation.
• Support internal controls and accounting policy development.
• Partner with Operations to understand and explain financial results.
