Qualifications

• Experience with invoice processing, cash application, reconciliations, and collections.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and match to PO documents.
• Prepare and process vendor payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate customer invoices and ensure timely billing.
• Post customer payments and maintain account records.
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collections.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Support process improvements and special projects.
