Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain AP/AR transactions.
• Assist with cash receipts, deposits, account coding and invoice processing.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate vendor setup and maintain records.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized accounting files and financial records.
• Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
