Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an AP Payment Analyst to provide analytical and operational support for accounts payable, including data reporting, system work, and project implementations. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across AP initiatives.

You will analyze processes, manage operational data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in accounts payable, operations, data analysis or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex functions.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets, reports and dashboards to monitor accounts payable operations and communicate progress.
• Track, reconcile and validate accounts and data across systems ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform root cause analysis on issues and drive them to resolution.
• Plan, coordinate and execute AP initiatives and projects from initiation to completion.
