Job summary

FirstKey Homes LLC is seeking a Financial Shared Service Analyst to support our BPO partner by ensuring accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions are processed accurately and on time. You will generate regular reports for senior management and help drive process improvements.

The role requires a four-year degree in business or accounting, at least two years of AR/AP experience, and leadership capabilities to guide small teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year College Degree in Business, Accounting, or General Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of overall accounting experience in AR/AP.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing small to medium teams.
• Experience with banking regulations and receipts processing.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Experience contributing to and leading small projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BPO provider to ensure timely AP/AR processing per terms.
• Process vendor invoices and payments in accordance with terms.
• Process travel and expense transactions timely and accurately.
• Apply cash receipts for rents and deposits; review resident ledgers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI, aging, and SLA reports for senior management.
• Lead technology implementation and process improvements.
