Job summary

FirstKey Homes is seeking a Financial Shared Service Analyst to support accounts payable and receivable workflows with a BPO partner. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and regular reporting to senior management.

You will lead reporting on key metrics, assist in policy and SOP maintenance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced housing services environment. This is an on-site, Atlanta-based position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four-year College Degree in Business, Accounting, or General Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-year of overall accounting experience in Accounts Receivable and or Accounts Payable
• Minimum 2-year leadership experience in providing leadership small to medium size teams
• Experience with banking regulations, bankruptcy guidelines for receipts and processing receipts
• Experience in contributing to and leading small projects
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management program
• Experience working in a fast pace, high-growth company

Responsibilities

• Partner with BPO provider to ensure timely vendor invoice processing and payments.
• Process travel and expense transactions timely and accurately.
• Apply cash receipts for rents and resident ledger adjustments; review ledgers.
• Handle return of resident receipts and credit card disputes.
• Reconcile security deposit transactions per state requirements.
• Produce weekly/monthly KPI reports: AR/AP metrics, bad debt, SLA reporting.
• Lead technology implementations and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, and SLAs with BPO provider.
• Investigate discrepancies and obtain manager approval when needed.
• Provide ongoing reporting to senior management.
