Job summary

Here at Home Healthcare is a Missouri-based, locally owned in-home care agency seeking a contract accountant to manage books remotely for 10–15 hours per month. You will work directly with the owners and the General Manager once that role is filled.

The role requires 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong QuickBooks Online skills, and payroll experience with Gusto or a similar platform. This is a 1099 contract position with flexible scheduling around monthly deadlines.

• Review payroll in Gusto before each twice-monthly run
• Check that our federal and Missouri payroll tax filings are complete and correct

We compassionately support clients and their families at home across the St. Louis area, with companionship, personal care, and recovery support. We’re looking for a Missouri-based accountant to take over our books on a contract basis.

You’ll work directly with our owners, and with our General Manager once that role is filled.
