Here at Home Healthcare is seeking a Missouri-based accountant to take over our books on a contract basis. You will work directly with our owners, and with our General Manager once that role is filled.

Responsibilities include closing books in QuickBooks Online, preparing monthly P&L, following up on invoices, and reviewing payroll in Gusto. This is a 1099, about 10 to 15 hours a month, with a pay rate of $35 to $45 per hour.

Competenze

• 3+ years of bookkeeping for small businesses.
• Strong QuickBooks Online skills.
• Payroll experience with Gusto or a similar platform.
• Missouri residency.
• A clean criminal background (a background check is part of hiring).

We compassionately support clients and their families at home across the St. Louis area, with companionship, personal care, and recovery support. We're looking for a Missouri-based accountant to take over our books on a contract basis.

What you bring

• A CPA or EA credential
