Job summary

Here at Home Healthcare is seeking a part-time HR manager to take over recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for our caregiver team. This role is fully remote and expects 10 to 15 hours per week to start.You will post jobs on Indeed and Gusto, screen applicants, schedule interviews, run pre-hire checks, and onboard new hires in Gusto, ensuring records and certifications are up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruiting, or hiring, ideally in home care, healthcare, or another hourly workforce.
• Comfortable with Gusto or a similar HR and payroll platform.
• Organized, quick to follow up, and good on the phone.
• Available for calls during weekday business hours.
