Matador Distributing LLC is seeking an Account Sales Trainee in Byron, GA to support the Account Sales Managers. You will assist with sales initiatives, maintain customer relationships, and provide route coverage during vacations or special projects.

The role focuses on serving both large and small format off-premise stores, ensuring professional service in alignment with company standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Train with Account Sales Managers and cover routes as needed.
• Operate company-owned vehicles per state/federal laws.
• Maintain invoices, bills and paperwork.
• Deliver documentation after deliveries.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
• Meet monthly KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing and merchandising.
• Maintain communication across the team.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Support brand protection efforts and branding.
