Matador Distributing LLC in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Account Sales Trainee to support the Account Sales Managers and cover routes as needed. This training role focuses on learning sales processes, route coverage, and customer relationship management across beverage accounts.

You will work with management to coordinate with sales, merchandising, and operations, maintain documentation, meet KPI targets, and uphold safety and professionalism on the road.

Responsabilités

• Train with the Account Sales Managers (ASMs) and cover their routes as needed.
• Operate company-owned vehicles according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
• Maintain signed invoices, bills, and other required paperwork.
• Deliver documentation to appropriate staff when delivery is complete.
• Monitor competitor activities, including new product launches and price reductions.
• Achieve monthly KPI‘s for: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Maintain a high level of communication across the team.
• Ensure all company equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Build and protect the company brand.
• Other duties as assigned.
