Viva-Distributing-LL in Odessa, Texas is seeking an Account Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and maintain relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for off premise stores.

You will train with Account Sales Managers, cover routes as needed, manage invoices and paperwork, monitor competitor activity, and strive to meet monthly KPIs for sales, pricing, display and merchandising while upholding safety and brand standards.

• Ability to pass background checks and drug testing.

Responsabilités

• Train with Account Sales Managers (ASMs) and cover their routes as needed.
• Operate company-owned vehicles according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
• Maintain signed invoices, bills, and other required paperwork.
• Deliver documentation to appropriate staff when delivery is complete.
• Monitor competitor activities, including new product launches and price reductions.
• Achieve monthly KPI's for: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Maintain a high level of communication across the team.
• Ensure all company equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Build and protect the company brand.
• Other duties as assigned.
