Job summary

Majik Enterprises International, Inc. in York, PA is seeking a full-time collections-focused professional to own customer accounts, analyze activity, and communicate with customers and landlords to resolve issues.

The role offers weekly pay, a starting wage of $16+/hour with monthly bonus potential, 3 weeks PTO, 401(k) with company match, low-cost medical options, and opportunities for advancement. Bilingual candidates may earn additional pay and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.
• Comfortable using systems to manage accounts.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items).

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek

Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed

Schedules may vary based on business needs
