Job summary

Majik Rent To Own is hiring for a full-time role in the United States. You will own customer accounts, analyze activity, communicate with customers, process payments, and manage field visits to maintain records.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED


• 1+ year of experience in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles preferred


• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills


• Highly organized with attention to detail


• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven


• Comfortable using systems to manage accounts


• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record


• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits


• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek

Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed

Schedules may vary based on business needs
