Job summary

Majik Rent To Own in Pennsylvania is hiring for a full-time role focused on collections and customer service within rent-to-own operations. You will own customer accounts, analyze activity, communicate with tenants and landlords, and handle payments both in-store and in the field.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and able to travel locally. We offer competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles preferredStrong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
• Comfortable using systems to manage accounts
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek

Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed

Schedules may vary based on business needs
