Job summary

Majik Rent To Own in York, PA is hiring for a full-time customer accounts role. You’ll own accounts, analyze activity, communicate with customers, landlords, and references, and process payments in-store and in the field.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in collections or customer-facing work, strong communication, organization, and a drive to achieve results. Travel locally and lifting up to 25 lbs are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.
• Comfortable using systems to manage accounts.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items).

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek

Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed

Schedules may vary based on business needs
